Outreach Operations Teams (YOOTS)

2 teams consisting of a youth worker and a police officer, provide
street outreach to the youth in the downtown core. YOOTS are often
a first point of contact for youth who are at risk of becoming involved
in the Sex Trade, or who wish to exit.
