  2. Submit this form to our office at least six weeks prior to your event date

What type of involvement are you requesting from Panorama?

Please note: A minimum of 8 hour notice is needed to call off scheduled staff.

* Our ‘Play in the Park’ trailer which includes the inflatable obstacle course and other games must have direct access to the site upon which the inflatable will be set up. The inflatable requires 70ft in length, by 20ft in width of floor/ground space to be set up and cannot be set up in the rain or winds exceeding 24 km/hr. Participants must be at least 3’ (36”) to use the obstacle inflatable course. At a minimum of 1 week prior to the event, an indemnification letter must be completed in addition to the requesting organization maintaining Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount of at least $2,000,000, naming the CRD as an additional insured under the policy. This insurance shall contain a severability of interest/cross liability clause.
