The LandMarks Public Art website is managed by the Capital Regional District (CRD) Arts & Culture Support Service.

The CRD is a regional government comprised of 13 municipalities and three electoral districts on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Nine jurisdictions contribute to the Arts & Culture Support Service, four of which have public art or 'Percent for Art' policies in place. Learn more about the contributing jurisdictions; Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Highlands, Metchosin, Sooke and Southern Gulf Islands.

The LandMarks website is a cooperative effort of the contributing municipalities and electoral areas. The web site was created as an extension of a lecture series, also called LandMarks, which presented speakers and discussions on a wide range of topics related to public art between 2007-2009.
