Luke Ramsey co-founded the Islands Fold residency, exhibits internationally and works in public art and freelance illustration. His client list includes The New York Times, The Cartoon Network, Patagonia, The BC Children’s Hospital and more. His collaborative mural with Josh Holinaty won a National Urban Design Medal from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. His book Intelligent Sentient? is published by Drawn & Quarterly, and was nominated for a Doug Wright Award. Luke became The City of Victoria’s first Artist in Residence from 2016-2018
Jill Stanton has extensive experience painting large scale murals, for both private and public clients, interior and exterior, across North America. Over the past seven years, she has produced over 60 murals of varying complexity and size. Jill has painted walls for several mural festivals, including the Vancouver Mural Festival, Winnipeg’s Wall to Wall, Tulsa’s Habit Festival, Dallas’ Wild West Mural Fest, Victoria’s Concrete Canvas Project, and BUMP 2018 in Calgary.
Ray treats the creation of art as a sacred mediational process honouring the beauty and deep meaning that art gives to humanity.
