A 17' high watering can, with 7 activator buttons and a special poem called Invitation by Carla Funk, Victoria's Poet Laureate from June 2006 to November 30, 2008.
Artwork Statement
Celebrating the love of gardening in Victoria, a very large watering can sprinkles visitors with an array of surprising water jets. The project is both a children's water park and a sculpture. Both readings of the work references nurture, nature, and the value of enchantment in the public realm.

Biography
Pechet and Robb is an interdisciplinary design studio with a background in both fine art and architecture. Since 1991, they have produced a portfolio of projects which include private residences, cemeteries, memorials, public art, commercial interiors, exhibitions, set designs and furniture.
Resume
Their work has been represented in both national and international publications and exhibitions. Their projects have recently received awards from both the American and Canadian Society of Landscape Architecture. In 2005 they were selected to represent Canada at the 2006 Venice Biennale of Architecture. Also in 2005, they received the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia Innovation Award for Architecture for the Lakewood Residence.
