The Weight Room is restricted to ages 15 and older. Ages 13 and older may attend at supervised times if they have successfully completed Weight Training for Teens.

Panorama’s exercise rehabilitation program is designed to get you up and moving after personal injury. Our Registered Kinesiologist will work in cooperation with your doctor to place you on a safe, effective program. Read more >

Nutrition for You

Nutrition for YouIn partnership with Thrifty Foods and the University of Victoria, Victoria Active Communities continues to offer a series of FREE Nutrition for You seminars throughout Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland - developed and presented by registered dietitians and the Springwell Nutrition Group - to help people in all age groups learn the basics of healthy eating.
