To Book a Court

Courts may be booked as a recurring booking or single session. Book a single session up to seven days in advance online or via Reception (how to book online). Request a recurring booking via the Recurring Court Booking Request Form below.

Outside individuals or organizations are not permitted to conduct paid services, including coaching, in Panorama Recreation facilities without prior approval by management. These services must not directly compete or conflict with Panorama Recreation programs and services, and must comply with facility use terms and conditions.

Court Booking Rates
  • Tennis courts may be booked for 1, 1.5 or 2 hours at a time.
  • Squash, racquetball, wallyball and ping pong courts, plus the indoor basketball hoop, may be booked for 45 minutes or 1.5 hours at a time.

Facility Rental Conditions of Use

 Recurring booking holders are expected to follow certain conditions of use. Preview them here.

Currently, indoor tennis, outdoor tennis, squash and convertible court rental by an individual does not require proof of insurance. Organized clubs, leagues and associations are required to provide proof of insurance. Insurance may be required of pickleball Recurring Group Court Rental holders dependent on the day and time of court use. Panorama will arrange this coverage. Fees will be due at time of booking.

September-December: We will begin accepting requests in July. Requests received up to and including July 21 will be reviewed and entered first. Those received July 22 onward will be scheduled in what time remains. When time comes, please use the fillable form below to submit your request.

Interested in courts on multiple days of the week, or different types of courts? Please submit a separate form for each day and/or court.
Indoor and outdoor tennis courts may be booked for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours at a time. Squash, racquetball, wallyball and ping pong courts may be booked for 45 minutes or 1.5 hours.

Panorama Recreation Centre has four indoor and two outdoor tennis courts, one squash court, and one convertible court used for racquetball, wallyball, squash and ping pong. The convertible court can accommodate two ping pong tables.

Any personal information is collected by the Capital Regional District (CRD) under Section 26 (c) and (e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of reviewing and executing the court block booking request(s) at Panorama Recreation. Mandatory Equipment

For squash and racquetball, goggles are mandatory for juniors and strongly recommended for adults. Goggles may be borrowed from Reception.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings made online within seven days, 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

For recurring bookings, 100% refund for sessions cancelled with 10 days’ notice. Thirty days’ notice required for cancellation of an entire contract or remaining portion. Contact the Racquet Sports Coordinator to request cancellation.

Equipment

Racquets, paddles, goggles, balls and other game equipment may be borrowed from Reception. You will be asked to leave car keys or ID as a deposit when borrowing equipment.

Project Re-Bounce

Dead tennis or squash ball? Don't lob it into the landfill. Instead, deposit it in one of the Project Re-Bounce collection bins – now located in the tennis lobby or on-court by the exit doors.
