Our weight room features an extensive selection of APEX strength training equipment plus:

  • Treadmills
  • Stair Climbers
  • Concept II Rowers
  • NuStep
  • Recumbent Bicycles
  • Upright Bicycles
  • Elliptical Trainers

We also have a variety of Stability Balls, Balance Boards and Exercise Tubing. The Weight Room is restricted to ages 15 and older. Ages 13 and older may attend at supervised times if they have successfully completed Weight Training for Teens.
