Regional Recreation Pass

Get one annual pass good for twelve centres. For only $420.10 you can enjoy all drop-in activities at any of the 12 regional recreation centres. Starting January 1, 2009 Greater Victoria residents have the option of purchasing one fitness pass to access drop-in services at all recreation centres in the Capital Region. The Annual Regional Recreation Pass is a pilot project of Active Communities, a cross-sectoral initiative focused on supporting communities to increase activity levels of British Columbians by 20% by the year 2010. Healthy Vending at Panorama

The type of food products being sold through vending machines in schools and provincial government buildings is changing. A program with four categories: Choose Most (CM); Choose Sometimes (CS); Choose Least (CL); and Not Recommended (NR), has been implemented to provide healthier choices for students and staff.
