In partnership with the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC), the Regional Housing First Program developed 1910 and 1920 West Park Lane into a mixed-income community with 152 new housing units. An affordable housing development that was completed in November 2020, West Park offers a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes and brings a total of 44 new affordable units to the Town of View Royal, including 20 that are accessible to those with disabilities.
