In partnership with the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC), the Regional Housing First Program developed 1910 and 1920 West Park Lane into a mixed-income community with 152 new housing units. An affordable housing development that was completed in November 2020, West Park offers a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes and brings a total of 44 new affordable units to the Town of View Royal, including 20 that are accessible to those with disabilities.

West Park’s brand-new apartment buildings feature in-suite laundry, above-ground parking spaces and a charger for electric vehicles, secure bike parking with charging stations for e-bikes, and a playground for children. Situated just steps away from picturesque Thetis Lake Regional Park, this prime location offers lush rainforest views, scenic hiking routes, a 1.3 km pedestrian, cycling and horseback riding trail, connections to Francis King and Mount Work Regional Parks, benches and picnic area and a large lake where residents can enjoy swimming, boating and fishing.
