Welcome to the Fitness Drop-in schedules! At our classes you'll have access to handheld free weights, steps, balls, yoga mats and a host of motivating and knowledgeable instructors.

Fitness Classes
Cardio+, Sport Step, Movin' on Up, Total Body Conditioning, Circuit Training

These drop-in classes are first-come, first-serve. Tickets are available up to 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.

Reservable Fitness Classes
Yoga, Spin, TRX, HIIT, Kettlebell, Interval Class

Half of the available spaces in these classes are reservable online. Reservations can be made for 2 weeks in advance, right up to 1 hour prior to class start time. Reservations will be honoured up to 5 minutes prior to the start of each class. Drop-in spaces (first-come, first-serve) are available when class is showing full.
