The Spirit of Lekwammen "The Land of the Winds"

Description
This totem was made from a single Western red cedar tree that was over 500 years old. Before it was trimmed to 40 feet, it was the world's tallest totem pole at 180 feet and three inches high. It took three and a half months to carve.
Artwork Statement
The totem was carved prior to the Victoria XV Commonwealth Games.
