Dual Flush Toilet Information

Maximum Performance Testing of Popular Toilet Models
This large study of low flow toilets was headed by the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association in conjunction with many municipalities and water agencies in Canada and the USA, including the Capital Regional District. A summary of the test results can be found here:
