Our region is on the move. Currently 78% of all trips in the Capital Region are made by private vehicles - generating air pollution and causing both congestion and frustration on the roads.
But what if there was a way that we could tune up our behavior to make it easier for everyone to get around?
The Transportation Tune-Up (TTU) was a train-the-trainer program that aimed to educate citizens on fuel efficient driving techniques, vehicle rebate programs, and greener travel choices. The goal of the program is to inspire action at home, work and play to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through driving smarter and shifting how we get around.
