Non-subsidized (Market) Housing

Our market (non-subsidized) apartments and townhouses rent for slightly less than you would pay in the private sector. These family-oriented, well-maintained buildings are located close to schools, shopping and transportation. Units include fridge/stove, hook-ups for washer/dryer, window coverings, and many units have a garage or carport. One indoor cat is allowed unless otherwise specified.
