Victoria, BC- Beginning Monday, January 13, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will carry out routine repair and maintenance work on the Selkirk Trestle on the Galloping Goose Regional Trail, which is managed by the Capital Regional District. The trestle will remain open to the public, and no closures are expected but short delays are possible. The bridge will not be lifted for marine traffic while repair work is underway, as part of Work Safe BC measures. The work is expected to finish by the end of March.
