Francis/King Regional Park (Saanich)
From the top to the bottom, each layer of the forest offers food
and shelter for a variety of wildlife. We invite you to visit a
CRD Regional Parks naturalist to learn more about this unique
ecosystem and follow along on this self-guided walk.
Meeting place: Drop by anytime between 10am and 1pm. This
self-guided walk begins at the Nature Centre off Munn road.
Trail Description: 800m loop with 7 benches along the way. Boardwalk and compact gravel surfaces with slight incline. Accessible washroom available near parking lot. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly. We may encounter dogs in our parks. This trail requires all dogs to be on leash.
Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
