Stage One - Performing Arts Facilities Public Conversation – Small organizations & Events

Sep 10, 2020, 4:30pm-5:45pm

Event Information

This digital public engagement session is designed to talk about performing arts venue gaps and opportunities with anyone involved in smaller performing arts organizations, or organizations that produce maybe a handful of shows or so in a normal year, or smaller festivals. This includes community arts organizations and any independent performing artists, creators and producers from all walks of life.

We will discuss specific needs of smaller organizations for affordable, accessible performing arts venues to show work to an appreciative audience. We’ll discuss any challenges you face around availability and adequacy of existing venues.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on Zoom.

The Regional Arts Facilities Needs project is a public engagement initiative about the region’s performing arts facilities. The outcomes of the project will be an analysis of facility needs and a set of recommendations for future work.
