Bylaw No. 3885 - Juan de Fuca Electoral Area Development Procedures Bylaw, 2019 establishes the fees and procedures for development services in the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area.
Both forms are required. Bylaw No. 3941 - Juan de Fuca Soil Removal or Deposit Bylaw No. 1, 2015 regulates the removal or deposit of soils on lands within the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area.
