Capital Regional District (CRD) invites quotes from qualified bidders for supply and delivery of corporate branded apparel and uniforms. Purchase and delivery will be on a “more or less, as and when required” basis. Sealed bids clearly marked “RFQ NO. 2021-004, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CORPORATE APPAREL” will be accepted at the CRD Corporate Communications Division, 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC, V8W 1R7 until 3:00:00 p.m. local time, Friday, September 10, 2021 at which time they will be opened in public.

All bids must be submitted on the form provided. Quotation documents are enclosed or may be obtained from the offices of the CRD. All enquiries should be directed to Monique Booth, Manager of Communications Services Tel: 250.360.3165, Fax: 250.360.3226, or Email: mbooth@crd.bc.ca.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. This process does not result in a contract, merely a standing offer to provide goods on an as-and-when required basis.

Availability is a prime objective and delivery timelines will be a critical factor in evaluating responses. All orders placed shall be received within 30 days of the CRD submitting an order. Please indicate your methodology and resources for dealing with delayed or back ordered items and how you will work with the CRD to ensure you meet the delivery timelines and product specifications stated.

All materials delivered and services provided must be in accordance with all laws, regulations and requirements of BC Workers' Compensation Board and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

The below terms shall be clearly identified in the offer including:

• Price per item, including application of logo and delivery;
• Availability and continuity of product;
• Ability to add items to the catalogue based on need;
• Any minimum quantity orders, discounts, limitations on supply;
• Female and male sizing availability;
• Colour availability;
• Sample availability;
• Applicable warranty for item offered; and
• Delivery to three office locations: 625 Fisgard Street, 490 Atkins Road, 479 Island Highway.

Creating and maintaining a PDF catalogue and online ordering website tool are also a requirement. The catalogue, both PDF and online website tool must have images and product descriptions. The successful bidder will be responsible for the maintenance and cost of developing and maintaining the catalogue.  Key staff across the organization will be ordering items and a login page will be required.
