December 14, 2018 Notice: All individual drawing files (85) were uploaded to Supplier Attachments due to different versions of Adobe and drawing compatibility.  This is not an addendum to IFT-ART-100. 

The Capital Regional District invites tenders from experienced contractors for the construction of the Arbutus Attenuation Tank as described in the Contract Documents.

The work to be performed generally includes the following:
· construction of a 5,000m3 underground concrete tank that will temporarily store wastewater flows during high volume storm events;
· site preparation, secant pile installation, shoring, excavation, and blasting (if required);
· provision of process and building mechanical, building and electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, and SCADA programming;
· underground piping;
· landscaping; and
· related onsite and offsite works.

Pre-Tender Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the CRD Wastewater Treatment Project Program Management Office located at 510-1675 Douglas Street in Victoria.

While attendance at the pre-tender meeting is not mandatory, all tenderers are encouraged to attend.

Tender Opening: Tenders will not be opened in public.
