Project Description:

1.1 The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites quotes from qualified professional drilling and blasting companies (Proponents) for the supply and delivery of goods and services as and when, if required, non-exclusive, with no guaranteed minimum, to support the Integrated Water Services Department (IWS).

 

1.2 Proponents who submit on this RFSO may be eligible for other opportunities with the Capital Regional District.

 

1.3 The CRD, upon its sole discretion, may choose to enter into an Agreement with more than one lead Proponent.
