Project Description:
Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “Tender for 2018-342 – Supply and Install
Rooftop Air Handler Units” will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of
the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on May 30, 2018, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract include, but are not limited to, the removal
and disposal of five (5) existing rooftop air handling units, and the supply, delivery and
installation of five (5) replacement air handling units for the Saanich Peninsula Wastewater
Treatment Plant (SPWWTP) located in North Saanich, BC on southern Vancouver Island.

Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be
available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at after registering as a vendor. Registration
is done on the website at no cost.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting to do review the site conditions, laydown areas,
crane access, and plant layout will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday May 15, 2018 at the
SPWWTP located at 9055 Mainwaring Place in North Saanich, BC.
