Project Description:

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for Contract Number 2017-307 –Southern Gulf Islands Harbours 2017 Dock Infrastructure Improvements – Fernwood Dock, Salt Spring Island and Montague Harbour, Galiano Island" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time September 21, 2017, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract include, but are not limited to:
Supply of all materials, equipment and labour for repair and/or replacement work for two (2) dock facility at: 1) Fernwood Dock, Salt Spring Island, and; 2) Montague Harbour, Galiano Island.

Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at after registering as a vendor. Registration is done on the website at no cost.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

There will be no scheduled pre-tender site meeting; however, bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their own expense.
