The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites bids from qualified contractors (bidders for the supply and delivery of goods and services as and when, if required, to support the Integrated Water Services Department (IWS). 

Bids will be submitted by email to Alexandria Zayonc, Purchaser, at azayonc@crd.bc.ca  until bid closes at 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, May 26, 2020.

The Contractor will undertake, provide or be involved in delivering the following services at hydrology and/or weather station sites in the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area (GVWSA) on an “as and when, if required, with no guarantee of a minimum” basis. The scope of services will include, but is not limited to:

The installation, replacement, repair, modification or repositioning, maintenance, or decommissioning of:

Staff gauges
Water level, turbidity (NTU), electrical conductivity (EC), pH, and other hydrology sensors
Sensor cabling in conduits
Booms for suspending sensors into streams
Bubbler systems
Data loggers, batteries, solar panels, housing cabinets, and associated frames used in monitoring hydrological and weather conditions

All work is to be carried out to the relevant BC Resource Inventory Committee Standards
