Request for Qualifications
for the
Macaulay Point Pump Station and Forcemain

The Capital Regional District invites submissions to this Request for Qualifications from experienced design-build contractors (each a "Respondent") interested in providing design and construction services for the Macaulay Point Pump Station and Forcemain Design Build project.  The Project will include a new pump station and head works as well as a forcemain.  Design and visual appeal are particularly important for the Project.  The Project is being constructed as part of the CRD's overall Wastewater Treatment Project.

The Project will also include construction of large diameter forcemain. The new pump station will be constructed adjacent to the existing pump station at Macaulay Point, just south of where View Point Street and Vaughan Street intersect, in the Township of Esquimalt. The pump station will pump screened and degritted wastewater to the new McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant.
