Call for Credentials
Hartland Master Filling Plan

The Capital Regional District (CRD) is requesting credentials from qualified engineering firms with experience and expertise to develop a master filling plan for the Hartland landfill for the next 20 years.  The master plan must include plans for refuse, controlled waste and asbestos placement, quarry development including an aggregate management strategy, clean water diversion, leachate and landfill gas infrastructure, interim and final cover systems and biosolids temporary storage. 

The purpose of this call for credentials is to select up to four qualified and experienced firms who will be invited to submit detailed proposals for completion of the project.

The CRD will evaluate all submissions in accordance with the attached criteria and only the top four (4) firms will be invited to submit a detailed Request for Proposal.

Closing Date

Credentials will be received up to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017.
