Project Description:
The Capital Regional District Integrated Water Services (CRD) invites quotes from qualified bidders for the Demolition of:
1) Goldstream Caretaker Cabin and related infrastructure and
2) Japan Gulch Dam Storage Building
In the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area (GVWSA), including removal and disposal of all building materials.
Sealed bids should be clearly marked “Quote for the Demolition of the 1) Goldstream Caretaker Cabin and 2) Japan Gulch Dam Storage Building, Project No. 2018-358, Attention: Kevin Evans, Purchasing Agent”,
Quotes will be received at the offices of CRD Integrated Water Services at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, BC until 11:00 am, local time, Tuesday May 22, 2018 at which time they will be opened in public
.
A non-mandatory meeting to view the two buildings slated for demolition will be held at 9:30 am on Tuesday May 15, 2018 at the Capital Regional District Watershed Protection Field Operations Centre, located near 2995 Sooke Lake Road in the vicinity of the Goldstream provincial campground. There is no public access to the buildings: interested bidders must be escorted to gain access to the GVWSA.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
Note: Addendum No. 1 has been issued and extends the closing date to June 18, 2018.
Note: Addendum No. 2 has been issued and extends the closing date to July 09, 2018.
Note: Addendum No.3 has been issued and is attached. It contains the reports for hazardous materials for the project.
Note: Addendum No. 4 has been issued and extends the closing date to 3:00pm July 13, 2018.
