23/086e - Supervisor, Business Systems & GIS
The Supervisors, Business Systems & GIS are technical team leaders within the Business Systems team who participate in the development of, and are responsible for, corporate systems, including: the CRD website, custom applications, the electronic document records management system, COTS software, the corporate SharePoint, and the corporate enterprise GIS system. They will at times act as project managers for related initiatives. This includes: programming, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the various systems while ensuring all systems adhere to IT’s Enterprise Architecture. These supervisory positions provide mentoring and guidance to senior technical staff assigned to IT projects along with day-to-day operations and maintenance of the existing business systems.
