22/011e - Manager, Development Strategies
Reporting to the Manager, Construction & Capital Projects, this position is responsible for a range of activities in support of the development of new affordable housing projects on behalf of the CRD and its wholly owned subsidiary, the Capital Regional Housing Corporation (CRHC). This position provides leadership and consultation during the pre-design and funding application phases of affordable housing projects and the redevelopment of existing housing sites while ensuring program mandates are met, funding is secured, and expenditures are within budget. This position works interdependently with other Regional Housing and CRD divisions and collaboratively with other levels of government and the private sector to achieve Regional Housing objectives.
