Blending both high level strategic and operational human resource leadership and expertise, the Manager, Human Resources and Strategies is an innovative and strategic human resource professional who reports to the Senior Manager. The Manager is both responsible for developing, implementing, managing and monitoring multi-faceted projects/programs and integrated strategic human resource development strategies, and delivering high-level human resource support and leadership to client departments . The Manager provides key advisory services to staff and managers, including to senior levels of the organization, as well as being key to the strategic priority of fostering and supporting a high performance work environment, leading and supporting an integrated approach to managing the organization’s talent, and developing and implementing corporate human resource initiatives.
