Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Housing, this is a leadership role responsible for a range of activities in support of the development of new affordable housing projects on behalf of the CRD and its wholly owned subsidiary, the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC). This position provides leadership and consultation during the pre-construction phase of affordable housing projects and the redevelopment of existing housing sites while ensuring program mandates are met and expenditures are within budget. This position works interdependently with other Regional Housing and CRD divisions and collaboratively with other levels of government and the private sector to achieve Regional Housing objectives. This position requires a clear criminal record check to work with vulnerable populations. The applicant/incumbent will be required to undergo a criminal record check in order to work in this position and to report to their supervisor if any criminal charges are laid against them that may be related to their employment in this position.
