Unpaid balances due before Dec 31, 2024, for Local Services, East Sooke, and Juan de Fuca Water Distribution will be added to property taxes.
In accordance with the Local Government Act, if there is a balance owing that was due prior to December 31, 2024, the balance owing will be considered taxes in arrears and will be transferred to property taxes and collected as part of the property tax bill if not paid by the due date noted in the table below.

The CRD encourages water customers to sign up for e-billing. Customers who are unable to sign up for e-billing or prefer to still receive paper bills, can email Integrated Water Services at waterbilling@crd.bc.ca and request a balance owing for their account. Please note that detailed bills cannot be emailed to customers that are not registered for e-billing, and that customers are still responsible for paying their water bills on time.
