For questions regarding your account, please contact the Capital Regional District Integrated Water Services Billing department at waterbilling@crd.bc.ca.

The CRD encourages water customers to sign up for e-billing to avoid any disruptions in receiving their water bills.  Customers who are unable to sign up for e-billing or prefer to still receive paper bills, can email Integrated Water Services at waterbilling@crd.bc.ca and request a balance owing for their account.  Please note that detailed bills cannot be emailed to customers and that customers are still responsible for paying their water bills on time.

Hartland Landfill Accounts

Hartland Landfill Account customers who receive monthly invoices by mail to switch to receiving them by email. To do this, or request a copy of an invoice, please contact CRD Accounts Receivable at  accountsreceivable@crd.bc.ca. For customers who usually mail cheques and want to avoid possible delays, you can contact accountsreceivable@crd.bc.ca to set up web banking or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Keep in mind that customers are responsible for paying your Hartland Landfill invoices on time.
