Rainwater Management Techniques Used
Bioswales
Landscape bioswales for roofwater over large infiltrator pipe has been approved. Special soil mix of 90% coarse sand and 10% topsoil is specified for good infiltration.
Permeable Pavement
Unit paver parking area of 400m2 over filtration bed with underdrain.
Underground Storage
Large perforated pipe with controlled outlet to municipal stormdrain system.
