The TD Canada Trust Building is a one-storey commercial property located in the Municipality of Saanich. It was completed in 2003.
Rainwater Management Techniques Used
Rain gardens
A number of small rain gardens are used between lines of parking stalls and adjacent to the building to reduce runoff by allowing stormwater to soak into the ground. Curb cuts allow water to enter from the parking surface.
