The building is an unnamed commercial and residential three storey building with 20 residential units. It was completed in 2005.
Rainwater Management Techniques
Green Roof
A small 37 metre square green roof was installed above the entry to the underground parking area. It is visible from the public sidewalk and from the customer parking in the rear of the building.
The roof is planted with drought tolerant species. A six inch deep growing medium was installed to foster plants with drought resistance and seasonal colour. The garden's main purpose is aesthetic.
