Bioswales
Swales help to remove silt and pollution from runoff.
Greenroof
Partially or completely covered portions of rooftop are a growing medium with a waterproofing membrane.
Permeable Paving
Pavers allow the transfer of air and water through the paving materials.
Wastewater Harvesting/Reuse
Wastewater from aquaculture tanks is diverted from the sanitary sewer and used for urinals and toilets. The whole system across the University replaces 4ml of potable water.
