G.R. Pearkes Recreation Centre and Saanich Centennial Branch Library is a multi-purpose recreation and cultural centre. Expansion was completed in 2007 and located in the municipality of Saanich.

What appear to be dry river beds are mostly decorative, but they do have a deep granular base and are tied in to the drainage system with under-drains.
Permeable Paving
Sidewalks and plaza areas are all permeable pavers on a deep granular base.
Underground Storage
Stormwater detention chamber in front plaza with controlled release to storm drains.
