Creekside Residences
Creekside Residences is a residential townhouse complex with 12 units. It was built in 2007 and is located in the municipality of Saanich.
Rainwater Management Techniques Used
Bioswales
Grassed swales with curb cuts were installed in the road right of way. Grassed swales in private landscaping direct some overflow to Bowker Creek at the rear of the property and some to retention via silt traps.
Permeable Paving
A grass grid and unit pavers were used in driveways and parking areas.
Underground Storage
Flow control manholes provide some detention of water.
The impervious area managed totals 934 square metres, with a maximum release rate of 1.42 litres per second.
