2013 West Shore Communities Retail Water Rate
Effective Jan 1, 2013, the Retail Water Rate for customers living in the West Shore Communities of Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, View Royal, Sooke, East Sooke and the Highlands is $1.7032 per cubic metre, an increase of $0.1110 per cubic metre. The increase will result in the average user paying an additional $4.33 per bi-monthly billing period.
