Current Research Studies
The CRD Marine Programs scientists are involved with several collaborative investigations that are currently underway. The focus of these studies are the potential impacts on the marine environment from emerging chemicals such as pharmaceuticals and personal care products. In addition, a study with Environment Canada is investigating whether exposure to emerging chemicals in wastewater might have genetic impacts on ocean fish.
