Background
The Capital Regional District's (CRD) Saanich Peninsula Liquid Waste
Management Plan was approved by the Province in November 1996. The plan
covers the municipalities of Central Saanich, North Saanich and Sidney
as well as all Indian Reserves on the Saanich Peninsula.
