Hartland Happening: where learning at the landfill meets fun!
The Hartland Open House is a once a year opportunity to take a behind the scenes look at your award-winning landfill and check out our educational displays. Come enjoy the fun and participate in your community's biggest waste and recycling depot.
- Play with mini-machines in the giant sandbox.
- Take a guided tour of the landfill.
- Climb aboard monster machines like dump trucks, tractors and bulldozers and take pictures of your little ones.
2011 Update: This event is next scheduled for 2012. Check back for details in the Spring of 2012.
