General Information

Commitment to Satisfaction
The SEAPARC Leisure Complex is committed to satisfying you with our classes, programs, events and facilities in which you participate. If you are not completely satisfied with our service delivery, please tell us and we will do the following:
- Attempt to rectify any concerns you may have.
- Transfer your registration to another program or session.
- If the above steps do not meet your satisfaction, we would be pleased to credit your account or provide a refund pro-rated from the date of notification.
Why Good Programs Get Cancelled!
When we check class registration and there are not enough participants registered, the program is cancelled or postponed. Register at the last minute is not likely to save a program... so please register early!
SEAPARC Course Cancellation
If the minimum number of registrations is not met, we may have to cancel or combine classes. These decisions are made a few days in advance to the start date, so please register early to avoid disappointment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that result in the closure of a facility or program cancellation, refunds will be given on a proportionate ratio for fees or charges paid.
Course Capacities
Staff review the waitlists on a continuous basis and make efforts to accommodate everyone interested in the course if class is full. Please add your name to the waitlist for our classes so that you won’t be disappointed.
Infant & Toddler Pool Programs
To endeavour to provide uncontaminated bodies of water, The SEAPARC Leisure Complex sells infant and toddler “pool pants” which, when properly sized, do not leak or weigh the child down. All infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained will be required to wear “pool pants”.
Credits or Refunds
SEAPARC will issue a credit or refund, less program supply fees, before the 2nd class with 72 hours notice.
Private Lesson Refunds
A notice period of 72 hours is required to cancel private lessons in order to receive a refund or credit unless accompanied by a medical note.
Program Fees
In most cases, program fees reflect amounts that allow programs to recover direct costs (i.e. instructor fees and supplies). If you find it difficult to participate in any program because of financial limitations, please speak with our facility staff.
NSF
NSF Cheques or Visa/Mastercard charge backs will be subject to a $15.00 NSF fee.
Holidays/Long Weekends
The majority of programs are not scheduled to run on statutory holidays or long weekends. This will be noted on your program registration receipt. What level should I register in? SEAPARC offers FREE assessments to assist in placement of your skate or swimming lesson. We ask that you call the facility in advance and request a time that is convenient for you. Upon approval of the time, our staff will call you to confirm your appointment.
We Value your Feedback
On the last day of classes, parents and/or participants are asked to complete a program
feedback form. This feedback helps us to provide quality programs. We appreciate your input!
Photographs and Program Ideas Welcome
Your photographs or program ideas may be used in future issues of the program guide. Please email us to submit your photo or idea.
