• Fill out our Registration Request Form and a staff member at SEAPARC will contact you to confirm your registration request

In Person

• Drop by our Main Reception to fill out or drop off a Registration Form

• Our staff are happy to take registration requests by phone
• Phone-ins can be processed with either a VISA or Mastercard
• When phoning, please be ready with the following information:
  • Course name and number
  • Registrant’s name, age, address and telephone number
  • If the registrant is a child, a parent’s name is also required
  • A VISA or Mastercard number, expiry date and name of card holder
