Advisory Committee
The Terms of Reference for the Advisory Committee have been prepared, and individuals from stakeholder organizations are being approached to become members. Stakeholder groups will be represented as follows:

| Development/Construction industry | 2 |
| Business organizations (e.g. Chambers of Commerce) | 3 |
