Fourth Quarter 2011
At the close of the fourth quarter 2011, construction value for building permits totalled $113.9 million, approximately 57% lower than the fourth quarter in 2010, and 36% lower than the third quarter in 2011. While the permit dollar values are significantly lower this quarter compared to the fourth quarter last year, the number of permits issued decreased by only 4%. Read more
