The Regional Planning Division collects and maintains monthly building permit and subdivision data for thirteen municipalities and three electoral areas within the CRD. This data provides construction and development information for the Quarterly Building Permit Reports, numerous factsheets and for annual population estimates.
Reports
Construction permit activity can be viewed using the following tools:
| Monthly Permit Report Tool | Search municipal permit data by month and year. Reports include historical data up to the latest recording cycle - two months preceding the current month. |
| Quarterly Building Permit Reports | Published four times per year and posted in the month following the quarter. Reports for the first quarter of 2011 are now posted. |
| Construction and Subdivision Statistics | Link to current construction and subdivision factsheets. |
