Castle Road is a private road and the two parks with trail heads on it are
accessible for park visitors by foot. Please respect the property owners by
parking on Spalding Road and walking up to the trail heads when you visit
these parks. There are a couple of parking spots off Spalding Road at the
foot of the fire access road. The Castle Road trail is not a loop trail.
Please respect the surrounding properties by staying on the trail. If you
wish to use the Lilias Spalding Heritage Park for a special event, you will
need a special event use permit obtainable on this web site or from a Pender
Islands Parks Commissioner.
